摘要
针对施工中需夹持花拱的要求,设计了一款花拱夹持装置并对其进行工况试验。与此同时,还围绕试验过程中存在的一系列问题进行了完善,由此所得到的夹持机构,不仅切实满足了系统所提出的各项性能需求,更能满足不同规格的花拱夹持,同时还保护花拱,防止变形,夹持时也更加稳定。
In view of the requirements of grille arch clamping in tunnel construction,a grille arch clamping device is designed,and its working condition test is carried out.Then the problems existing in the test process are solved.The obtained clamping device not only meets the performance requirements of the system,but also meets the clamping requirements of different specifications of grille arch.At the same time,it protects the grille arch from deformation,and is more stable during clamping.
