摘要 本文结合有关瘦素和KiSS-1/GPR54系统的发现,综述了能量平衡与哺乳动物生殖之间作用机制的最新研究进展,并对该领域今后的研究趋势和方向进行了分析。 Focusing on discoveries of leptin and KiSS-1/GPR54 system, the further mechanism of action of energy balance and mammalian reproduction was reviewed and the general direction of further researches also was discussed in this paper.
