Advance in Expression and Function of KiSS-1/GPR54 System in Ovary

摘要 KiSS-1/GPR54系统不仅在下丘脑对动物生殖起重要调节作用,而且在卵巢也发挥重要生物学功能。本文综述了KiSS-1/GPR54系统在卵巢的分布定位、表达规律及其对卵母细胞成熟和颗粒细胞增殖、孕激素分泌的调节作用,为KiSS-1/GPR54系统研究取向提供参考。 KiSS-1/GPR54 system plays important roles in animal repr oduction not only at hypothalamus, but also ovary. Distribution, expression profile of KiSS-1/GPR54 system and its roles in regulation of oocyte maturation and proliferation and progestin secretion of granulosa cell were reviewed in this paper providing a reference for the direction of further study of KiSS-1/GPR54 system.
