摘要 心肌纤维化与高血压、心肌梗死、病毒性心肌炎等临床疾病和病理过程有着密切的联系,而其发病机制仍未十分明确。多方面研究显示,白细胞介素1(IL-1)可以影响心肌纤维化的发生发展。IL-1作用于心肌成纤维细胞,通过刺激纤维连接蛋白增生,干扰基质金属蛋白酶的水平以及上调血管紧张素受体水平促进心肌纤维化;此外,IL-1还可以抑制心肌成纤维细胞的增殖,阻断高血压性心肌纤维化的进程。 Myocardial fibrosis is associated with some clinical diseases and pathological processes,such as hypertension,myocardial infarction,viral myocarditis and so on.However,the pathogenesis of myocardial fibrosis remains unclear.More and more studies suggested that interleukin-1(IL-1)plays a critical role in myocardial fibrosis.IL-1has several biological effects on cardiac fibroblast,stimulating fibronectin to increase,interfering with the expression of matrix metalloproteinase and upregulating angiotensin II type 1 receptors.Then myocardial fibrosis is induced.Besides,IL-1 can also block the process of myocardial fibrosis induced by hypertension.
