摘要
目的改革传统医院感染管理的模式,建立信息化的医院感染监控方法。方法依托医院良好的信息化平台,建立集医院感染信息网上直报、抗菌药物监测管理、病原菌及药敏信息监测、医院感染管理信息反馈功能为一体医院感染控制管理信息系统。结果实时、准确的医院感染信息,争取了感染控制的时效性,2008年实施医院信息管理系统(HIS)前漏报率为33.70%,2009年实施后漏报率为4.74%;全面、主动的监测,实现医院感染预防与控制的前瞻性;动态、全过程的管理,提高了抗菌药物使用的合理性;透明、有效的信息共享与反馈,提升医院感染管理的实效性。结论通过信息化管理方式,实现了全员、全方位的管理,较大提高医院感染管理质量和效率。
OBJECTIVE To establish the informationized monitoring methods of nosocomial infection through reforming traditional hospital infection management mode.METHODS Depending on favourable informationized platform,nosocomial infection management information system integrating straight report of hospital infection information was established in online,including the functions combined with pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity message monitoring,antibacterials monitoring and hospital infection management information feedback as a whole.RESULTS Real time and precise hospital onset of infection information was to strive for the ＂chronergy＂ of infection control;overall and initiative monitoring implemented the ＂prospective＂ of hospital onset of infection prevention and control;dynamic and whole process administration elevated the ＂rationality＂ of antibiotics employment;transparent and effective information was shared and feedback promoted the effect of hospital infection management.CONCLUSION The informationized administration can promote the quality and efficiency of hospital infection management.
