摘要
目的检测干细胞标记物Oct4蛋白在胃癌组织及其相应癌旁组织中的表达,并探讨其与临床病理因素的相关性。方法收集54例患者手术切除的胃癌组织及对应的癌旁组织标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测Oct4蛋白的表达。结果胃癌组织Oct4蛋白阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(75.9%vs.33.3%)(P<0.05);胃癌组织中Oct4蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05),亦与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),但与年龄、性别、TNM分期无关。结论胃癌组织中Oct4蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化程度相关,Oct4可以作为胃癌预后判断有价值的分子标记物。
Objective To study the expression and significance of Oct4 protein in gastric cancer and tumor-adjacent tissues.Methods The expression of Oct4 protein was detected with immunohistochemical technigue in 54 gastric cancer samples and tumor-adjacent tissues.Results The positive expression rate of Oct4 protein was higher in gastric cancer than that in the tumor-adjacent tissues（75.9% vs.33.3%）（P0.05）,which was positively correlated with tumor differentiation and closely related to its invasion and lymph node metastases（P0.05）,but not to the age,gender and TNM stage.Conclusion Oct4 protein expression is associated with tumor differentiation in gastric carcinoma and may be taken as a valuable molecular marker in predicting the prognosis of gastric cancer.
