摘要
对同化淀粉、纤维二糖及 D木糖能力强的糖化酵母菌 Y9601 株在井冈霉素废渣固态发酵法生产饲料蛋白中的应用进行了工艺条件的优化研究。试验结果表明,发酵产物酵母数达到48 ~49 ×109 个/g ,粗蛋白从321 % 提高到456 % ,真蛋白从原来的298 % 提高到3930 % ,真蛋白实际提高量473 % ,氨基酸总量3656 % 。
The optimization process conditions for the application of saccharomyces diastaticus Y9601 with stronger ability to assimilate starch, cellobiose and D-xylose in the production of feed protein from the residue of Jinggangmeisu through solid-state fermentation were studied. The results showed that the number of the yeasts in the fermented products reached up 4.8~4.9×10 9 per gram, the contens of crude protein increased to 45.6% from 32.1%, and the real protein increased to 39.30% from 29.38%. The concentration of real protein increased by 4.73% and the total contents of amino acid were 36.56%.
