摘要
通过数量化理论和回归旋转通用设计， 分别研究了浆料在泡沫上浆中的作用和泡沫上浆工艺。结果表明： 泡沫上浆粘着剂和起泡剂的选用及粘着剂浓度等泡沫上浆工艺的优化是泡沫上浆研究的关键技术。
Foam Sizing is developed for the increase of the machine speed and reduction of the drying power consumption.The relationship between the properties of foam sized yarns and foam sizing ingredients by the quantitative theory,and the optimized foam sizing processes with quadratic regression rotation design is studied.The results show that the key technology of foam sizing is the development of foam sizing ingredients and the optimization of foam sizing processes.
