摘要
研究预湿泡沫协同上浆工艺参数设置和上浆效果。介绍了预湿泡沫协同上浆原理及设备,以增强率、减伸率、毛羽降低率、增磨率、上浆率为评价指标,通过正交试验优选出最佳预湿工艺参数,并通过对比预湿泡沫协同上浆和单一泡沫上浆浆纱质量的差异,揭示了预湿对泡沫上浆的重要性。试验结果表明:最优预湿工艺参数为预湿水槽温度90℃、主压辊压力0.20 MPa、侧压辊压力0.20 MPa、第一烘筒温度75℃;预湿泡沫协同上浆浆纱质量明显好于泡沫上浆,而且其上浆率低于泡沫上浆。认为:预湿泡沫协同上浆具有较好的发展空间。
The processing parameter setting and sizing effect of pre-wetting foam synergetic sizing were studied. The principle and equipment of pre-wetting foam synergetic sizing were introduced. Optimized processing parameters for pre-wetting were selected through orthogonal test, enhancing rate, elongation reduction rate, hairiness reduction rate, abrasion resistant increasing rate and sizing percentage were taken as evaluation indexes. By comparing the yarn quality of sized yarn from pre-wetting and foam synergetic sizing and single foam sizing, the importance of pre-wetting on foam sizing was shown. The test results show that the optimized pre-wetting parame ters are 90℃ for the temperature of pre-wetting water bath, 0.20 MPa pressure of the main pressure roll, 0.20 MPa of side pressure roll and 75℃ for the temperature of the first drying drum. The quality of yarn sized by pre-wetting foam synergetic sizing is better than that of foam sizing, the sizing percentage is lower than that of foam sizing. It is considered that the pre-wetting foam synergetic sizing has better development space.
