摘要 阐述当前实施泡沫上浆的技术要点与工业化应用状况。介绍了泡沫上浆的概念,分析了泡沫上浆对浆液的要求、泡沫上浆浆液的组成及作用,探讨了影响泡沫上浆上浆率的主要因素,对比了几种泡沫施加器的优缺点。指出:泡沫上浆所用浆料必须是高浓低黏浆料,具有良好的发泡性和一定的泡沫稳定性;浆液含固率和上浆压出回潮率是影响泡沫上浆上浆率的主要因素;双面上浆较单面上浆更有益于上浆均匀性。认为:泡沫上浆具有许多优点,但在浆料、上浆方式等方面尚存在一些问题,需要进一步研究,特别是要加强基础研究。 Current technology key points and industrial application of foam sizing were explained. The concept of foam sizing was introduced. The requirement of foam sizing components and function of foam sizing were analyzed. Main factors affecting sizing percentage of foam sizing were discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of foam applicator were compared. It is pointed out that the size mixture used for foam sizing should he with higher concentration and lower viscosity. It should be with good foaminess and certain foaming stability. Sizing solid content and extraction moisture regain are the main elements. Sizing both sides is more beneficial to the sizing unifoamity compared with sizing single side. It is considered that foam sizing has a lot of advantages. But there are still some problems needing to be further studied such as size mixture, sizing form and so on. Basic study is especially required to be strengthened.
