生产计划管理是生产管理中最重要和最核心的部分,尤其是资源冲突问题。本文结合实际工作,详细分析研究生产计划编排的核心问题,重点研究资源冲突的分析方法和协同机制,为重点设备任务的管理提供决策依据和支撑保障作用,保证生产任务的顺畅高效地执行。
Production planning management is the most important and most central part of the problem of production management,especially is the resource conflict.This paper combines the practical work,analyzed the core issues of the production planning and arrangement in detail,focuses on studying the analyzing methods and coordination mechanism of resource conflict,to provide decision-making basis and support for the management of key equipment task and ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of production tasks.
