摘要
多品种、少批量生产方式下,传统的生产作业计划存在较多问题,如延误交货、生产不均衡和资源利用率低等。为解决这些问题,提出了一种优化方案,通过建立能力需求平衡计划,形成一个从出货计划、投料计划到能力需求平衡计划的闭环系统,实现能力与负荷的平衡;在制定生产排程计划中,用网络图法进行时间优化;在制定作业排序计划中,采用以最小临界比为优先调度规则的动态作业排序,并以柔性电路板企业为例,对这种优化方法进行详细说明。
Traditional production activity planning with small-batch products has some issues,for example,delay shipping,production unbalance and unreasonable resource using.In order to solve these problems,some optimizing scheme is presented.A closed loop system from shipment planning,releasing planning to capacity load balance planning is built through establishing capacity load balance planning.This leads to balance between capacity and load.In production scheduling,a network plan technology is used to arrange time and sources.In production activity sequencing,a method with smallest critical ratio sequencing is established.With the example of flexible print circuit manufacturing,these optimizing scheme are explained in detail.
