摘要
能力需求计划在发现并解决车间生产能力不均衡的现象方面有着非常重要的作用,文中基于某机械制造企业的生产现状和需求,设计并实现能力需求计划子系统。该系统的应用,提高生产计划的执行率,减少任务拖期,均衡车间生产。
Capacity Requirements Planning plays a significant role in solving the unbalance of the workshop production capacity.Based on the production status and requirements of one machinery manufacturing enterprise, this paper designs as well as realizesthe subsystem of Capacity Requirements Planning. The application of the system improves the implementation efficiency of the pro-duction plan, reduces the phenomenon of task tardiness and balances the production in the workshop.
