摘要
根据价值链理论,通过建立企业价值能力模型,采用改进的模糊层次分析法,得到家具企业价值链作业活动的利润贡献度,从而确定企业价值链上的核心环节;对于企业价值链上的核心环节,提出核心网、非核心业务剥离、流程重组、加强战略联盟等策略。
On the basis of value chain, the hierarchy structure of customer Value and improved fuzzy analytical hierarchy process, the article identify the contribution of every activity in the value chain of furniture enterprises to customer Value, get the core part of the furniture industry value chain, then give some strategies, as core network, non-core divestitures, process reengineering, strengthen strategic alliances and so on.
