摘要
目的:研究三叶因子2(TFF2)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织和胃癌组织中的表达情况,探讨TFF2表达与胃癌发生的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化方法检测30例正常胃黏膜组织、50例癌旁组织和50例胃癌组织中TFF2和COX-2的表达。结果:正常胃黏膜组织→癌旁组织→胃癌组织中,TFF2表达呈逐渐减弱趋势(165.80±16.42,184.44±19.02和206.79±17.62,P<0.01),而COX-2的表达呈逐渐上升趋势(217.50±12.60,203.08±17.68和193.50±16.160,P<0.01),TFF2的表达强度与COX-2呈负相关(r=-0.761,P<0.01)。结论:COX-2的表达增加抑制TFF2的表达,细胞增殖与凋亡失衡,最终导致胃癌的发生。
Objective To investigate the expressions of trefoil factor 2 (TFF2) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in normal gastric mucosal tissues, paracancerous tissues, and gastric carcinoma tissues and to explore the association of TFF2 with carcinogenesis. Methods Expressions of TFF2 and COX-2 were determined by immunohistoehemieal assay in 30 specimens of normal gastric mucosal tissues, 50 paracarcancerous tissues, and 50 carcinoma tissues. Results The expression level of TFF2 had a decreasing tendency in the normal tissues, paracancerous tissues, and cancerous tissues (165.80 ± 16.42, 184.44 ± 19.02, and 206.79 ± 17.62; P 〈 0.01); but the expression level of COX-2 expression had an increasing trend (217.50 ±12.60, 203.08 ± 17.68, and 193.50 ± 16.160; P 〈 0.01). The expression of TFF2 was negatively related with that of COX-2 (r = -0.761, P 〈 0.01). Conclusions An increase in COX-2 expression inhibits the expression of TFF2, resulting in an imbalance between cell proliferation and apoptosis and finally in carcinogenesis.
