Finite element modal analysis of 125 MN high speed forging hydraulic press body

摘要 应用有限元软件MSC.Marc对125 MN快速锻造液压机本体模态进行了求解,获得了本体前四阶固有频率和振型,分析了各阶振型产生原因及其对工作状态的影响,发现移动工作台及其液压缸是本体的薄弱环节,需加强其支撑和连接刚度;考察了不同行程时本体固有频率和振型的变化趋势,结果表明:随行程增大,本体一阶模态频率几乎呈线性增加,但增加幅度较小;活动横梁处于最高位置时,本体一阶模态频率最低。 The finite element software MSC.Marc was applied to the modal solve of 125MN high speed forging hydraulic press body,and the first four order inherent frequencies and modal shapes were obtained.The causes of the modal shapes and their influence on working state were analyzed.It is found that the movable worktable and its hydraulic cylinder as the weakness of the press body need to strengthen the support and joint stiffness.The change trend of inherent frequencies and modal shapes corresponding to different strokes was investigated,and the results show that the first order modal frequency increases almost linearly with the increase of the stroke,but this increase is less evident,and it is determined that the first order modal frequency is lowest as the movable beam is located on the highest position.
