摘要
为了解液压镦锻机机架的动态特性,提高其工作的稳定性,以有限元理论和振动力学理论为基础,应用有限元软件ANSYS对机架进行了三维模态分析,获得了机架的前10阶固有模态频率和相应的振型,分析了各阶振型对机架工作状态的影响,为改进和提高机架设计提供了参考。
For understanding the dynamic characteristics and improving the stability of the frame of a hydraulic upsetting press, based on the theory of finite element method and vibration mechanics, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to the modal analysis of the frame, the preceding 10 steps natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the frame are obtained. The influence of the modal shapes with work- ing condition is analysed, provides basis for the design and reconstruction of the frame.
