轿车电磁制动与摩擦制动集成系统的模糊控制 被引量:22

摘要 电磁制动与摩擦制动集成系统能有效地改善汽车的制动性能,而合理的控制策略是集成系统实现的关键。由于车辆制动系统存在非线性和时变性,为此,基于1/4车辆模型电磁制动与摩擦制动集成系统模型分析、模糊控制理论,提出采用模糊控制电磁制动器线圈电流大小的控制策略。在控制策略中以车辆滑移率为输入量,以电磁制动器线圈通电电流为输出量,设计出系统模糊控制器。为检验控制策略的有效性和可行性,以某一安装有电磁制动与摩擦制动集成系统的轿车为应用实例,运用Matlab/Simulink软件对系统进行仿真分析,对比采用模糊控制器汽车与未采用模糊控制器的制动时间和制动距离。仿真结果表明,采用模糊控制策略的集成系统可以有效地减少汽车制动所需时间,缩短制动距离,所提出的控制策略切实可行。 The integrated system of electromagnetic brake and friction brake of car can improve braking performance effectively,reasonable control strategy is the key to realizing the integrated system.Because of the non-linearity and time variation of vehicle brake system,based on the analysis of 1/4 vehicle model,the integrated system model and the fuzzy control theory,the control strategy using fuzzy control of the amount of current flowing in the electromagnetic brake coil is proposed,in which the vehicle slip rate is used as input,the current of the electromagnetic brake is used as output,thus the fuzzy controller of the system is designed.To prove its validity and feasibility,a vehicle equipped with the integrated system of electromagnetic brake and frictional brake is taken as example.Matlab/Simulink software is used to carried out simulation analysis of the system.Comparison is made between the vehicles with and without the fuzzy controller.The simulation result shows that the integrated system using fuzzy strategy can effectively reduce braking time and shorten braking distance,so the proposed control strategy is feasible.
