摘要
为解决传统制动器系统重载、高速制动工况制动效能下降、发热量较大等问题,建立一种新型重载复合制动器系统,并通过数值建模方法对新制动系统进行理论建模,研究了新型重载复合制动器系统制动特性变化规律,最后通过试验进行方案验证。
In order to solve the problems of traditional braking efficiency decrease, higher heat under the working condition of high speed, heavy duty, a novel electric - pneumatic wet brake system is established, the theoretical modeling of new brake system is established by numerical modeling method, the change rules of braking characteristic of the composite brake system are studied, Finally, the scheme is verified through the experiment.
