摘要
简要介绍了车用电涡流缓速器的工作原理,建立了6191HS型电涡流缓速器转子盘叶片二维有限元模型,确定适当的边界条件并对流场进行了数值分析,显示了叶片上的压力和叶间速度分布,其数值分析结果有利于叶片结构的改进设计,以达到降低转子盘温升,提高电涡流缓速器制动稳定性的目的。
The work principle model for the blades on the rotor of H are defined and the flow field is humeri are shown. The results can be used to of eddy current retarder is presented briefly and the 2D finite element Q6191HS eddy current retarder is established. The boundary conditions cally analyzed and the distribution of pressure and velocity between blades improve the design of blade structure, reduce the temperature rise on the rotor and enhance the brake stability of eddy current retarder
