摘要 针对结构件结构复杂、壁薄易变形、加工精度要求高、特征类型和数量多等特点引起的加工特征排序困难,笔者提出了一种基于遗传算法的飞机结构件加工特征排序方法。首先,该方法通过扩展加工元构建优先权系数矩阵,然后建立符合系数矩阵的初始种群,以机床变换、装夹变换和刀具变换最少为优化目标,最后通过选择、交叉、变异等遗传操作完成加工序列的优化。 Aiming at the sequencing difficulties caused by complicated structures,a method for machining features sequencing based on genetic algorithm is proposed.In this method,we first set the least machine changing number,use the changing number and tool changing number as optimization objective,and establish the initial population restricted by priority coefficient matrix.Then genetic operations such as reproduction,crossover and variation are used to evolve process sequence.Finally,optimized sequence can be obtained.Based on these studies,the feature based process planning system is developed,which has been widely used in a certain large aviation enterprise.
