摘要
为提高辐照膜生产效率,针对辐照膜订单排产约束复杂,易延期,生产薄膜型号不同时频繁切换设备等问题,在分析辐照膜工业生产特点基础上,对传统用于解决调度问题的遗传算法进行改进,加入订单重组机制并用于求解上述模型。以改进前后的遗传算法做对比实验,实验表明具有订单重组机制的遗传算法仍具有良好收敛性,有效降低了设备切换频率和订单延误率,实现了同型号辐照膜订单的合并连续生产。
The irradiated film company are all need to improve their efficiency of irradiated film production line.Different types of irradiation films will need production line stop and restart when irradiated film producted different types.Frequently restart irradiated film line will reduce irradiated film production efficiency.Adding order reorganization solution in traditional genetic algorithm can solve this problem in irradiated films production.The new algorithm not only can get good irradiated film order but also can merge different order's yield into one order.The order reorganization strategy does not increase the numbers of irradiated film orders.This new algorithm was perfectly proved by two experiments in irradiated film orders.
