从“制造”到“智造”柔性化样车试制系统的研究及应用

摘要 随着目前汽车市场的发展,市场的定制化配置需求愈加趋于复杂化、个性化、多元化,原始的线下和手工开展业务的模式和试制生产方式已远远不能满足需求。同时,客户定制化需求亦层出不穷,车型多元化趋势亦愈演愈烈。原有的传统试制模式,包括线下传递产品需求、人工核对和校验配置、手工排产、纸质版工艺制作、线下进度跟踪和问题记录等,不仅效率低下,资源配置不均衡,也越来越不能满足时代和市场的需要。根据中国2025的国家战略,未来柔性化样车试制模式和系统势在必行。本文从柔性化样车试制系统的设计原则和特点优势、结构、应用价值三个方面进行了介绍、阐述和研究。 With the development of the current automobile market,the customized configuration requirements of the market tend to be more complex,personalized and diversified,and the original offline and manual business mode and trial production mode are far from meeting the demand.At the same time,the demand for customer customization is also emerging,and the trend of model diversification is also intensifying.The original traditional trial production mode,including offline transmission of product demand,manual verification and verification of configuration,manual scheduling,paper version process production,offline progress tracking and problem recording,etc.,is not only inefficient,unbalanced resource allocation,but also increasingly unable to meet the needs of the times and the market.According to China’s 2025 national strategy,the trial production mode and system of flexible prototype vehicles in the future is imperative.This paper is introduced,elaborated and studied from three aspects:design principles,characteristics,advantages,structure and application value of flexible prototype vehicle trial production system.
