摘要
采用S iCp预制坯成形及铝液无压浸渗法相结合的工艺,实现了S iCp/A l复合材料的近净成形制备。研究了造孔剂含量对S iCp预制坯的孔隙率、尺寸变化及其复合材料相对密度的影响。测试了S iCp/A l复合材料的热物理性能。结果表明,当造孔剂含量大于12%时,随造孔剂含量增加,S iCp预制坯的孔隙率增加,S iCp/A l复合材料的热导率和热膨胀系数增大明显。造孔剂的挥发气体的膨胀力导致S iCp预制坯尺寸变化。当造孔剂含量为18%时,S iCp/A l复合材料相对密度最大。
Near net shape SiCp /Al composite was fabricated with SiCp preform by aluminum liquid pressureless infiltration.Effect of content of pore-forming agent on porosity and size variation of SiCp preform as well as relative density of the composite was investigated.Thermal physical properties of SiCp /Al composite were tested.The results show that with increasing of the content of pore-forming agent,porosity of perform increases quickly,thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient of SiCp /Al composite increase obviously,when the content of pore-forming agent is above 12%.The expansion force of volatile gas of pore-forming agent causes the size variation of SiCp preform.SiCp /Al composite has the maximum relative density at 18% of content of pore-forming agent.
