摘要
直接凝固注模成型(DCC)是一种陶瓷净尺寸胶态成型方法,DCC成型的坯体具有成型密度高、密度及组分分布均匀、不含或只含少量有机物等特点。本文简述了DCC成型的原理、成型过程及特点。
Direct Coagulation Casting (DCC) is a novel net-shape colloidal processing to from ceramics parts. The green parts formed by DCC are characterized by high density, homogeneous distribution of density and composition and contain nearly no organic additives. The forming principle, process procedure and characterzation of DCC are introduced in this paper.
