摘要
为了快速、准确地确定材料的切削加工性,提出了基于可拓集合理论的材料切削性能评判方法。在分析材料切削加工性影响因素的基础上,利用可拓集合理论建立材料切削性能的物元模型、经典域和节域,通过关联函数计算待测材料样本与各个经典域的相似度,进而预测材料的切削加工性。
For fast, accurately identifying maehinability of materials, proposed evaluation of material maehinability based extension set. By using extension set, established material's machinability matter-element model and materials' classic fields and global field based on the analysis of materials' machinability influencing factors;used correlation function to calculate the similarity between material sample and classic fields further predicted materials' machinability.
