摘要
基于三维空间矢量,提出了多维切削加工性综合评价模型,并在此基础上建立了通用性三因素评价模型,可以快捷、简便地对材料切削加工性进行定性及定量表征,有利于指导并优化切削加工工艺及切削加工参数的选择。
In this research, multi-model for machinability evaluation was firstly proposed based on three-dimensional vectors. Furthermore, a universal model with three different machinability indexes was established. In this way, the machinability of materials could be quickly characterized qualitatively and quantitatively, which could be beneficial for optimi- zation of cutting process and selection of cutting parameters.
