摘要
为了合理、高效地实现工艺分工规划,提出一种充分考虑各评价指标模糊性的工艺分工规划方法,建立了以工艺分工流程为核心的工艺分工规划过程模型,并构建了考虑各指标模糊性的数学模型和多目标综合评价模型。在所建模型的基础上,采用遗传算法对可执行加工路线进行优化。最后给出应用此方法生成工艺分工的一个具体实例,以证明该方法的可行性与有效性。
To realize creating of a reasonable Process Allocation Planning(PAP) effectively and reasonably,an approach taking the uncertainty of each evaluating target into account for Process Allocation Planning was proposed.A Process model of Process Allocation Planning by taking processing flow as core,a mathematical model which taken the fuzzy of decision-making factors into account and a multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model were established.Executable manufacturing process which based on models was optimized by the approach of genetic algorithm.finally,an example was given to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the method.
