摘要
在经济结构与经济法的"双重调整"过程中,经济结构的调整有赖于经济法的有效调整,但"重政策而轻法律"的现实问题却非常突出,为此,需要对经济法的规范结构和立法结构进行"双重调整",以更好地解决相关的重要经济法问题,提高经济结构调整的法治化水平。
In the process of double adjustment of economic law and economic structure,adjustment of economic structure relies on effective adjustment of economic law,but the prominent question should be valuing policy while devaluing law.Therefore,double adjustment of normative structure and legislative structure of economic law is necessary so that correlative important problems on economic law can be resolved better while rule of law of adjustment of economic structure can be improved.
