摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者外周血单核淋巴细胞(PBMC)和肿瘤组织对临床常用化疗药物敏感相关性。方法采用MTT法检测118例恶性肿瘤患者PBMC和肿瘤组织对临床常用化疗药物敏感性,比较二者的相关性。结果肿瘤患者PBMC和肿瘤组织的肿瘤药物敏感性结果没有明显差别,测定的结果与临床常规化疗的结果基本一致。结论肿瘤患者PBMC可以替代肿瘤组织进行药物敏感性测定,结果可作为个性化治疗的理论依据。
Objective To compare the chemosensitivity of the peripheral blood lymphocytes and tumor tissue of patients with malignant tumor in vitro. Methods The sensitivity to clinical antineoplastic agents of the peripheral blood lymphocytes and tumor tissue of 118 patients were tested by MTT method and the results were compared. Re- suits There was no significant difference between the chemosensitivity testing results of the peripheral blood lym- phocytes and tumor tissue, which were basically the same as the clinical outcome of conventional chemotherapy. Conclusions The tissue culture-MTT assay may be replaced by the PBMC assay for anti-cancer drugs sensitivity testing, which can provide theoretical basis for individual chemotherapy.
