摘要
以α,ω-二乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶,配合气相法白炭黑、导电炭黑、含氢硅油、铂催化剂等,制成加成型导电液体硅橡胶。研究了导电炭黑、气相法白炭黑对加成型导电液体硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着炭黑用量的增加,导电胶片的体积电阻率下降,当添加量达到25份时形成拐点,当添加量达到35份以后,体积电阻率变化不明显,基本维持在50Ω.cm,较佳用量为35份;随白炭黑用量的增加,胶料的黏度迅速增大、胶片的硬度增加、机械性能增强、体积电阻率略有增大,较佳用量为25份。在气相法白炭黑用量为25份、导电炭黑用量为35份条件下,随着贮存期的延长,加成型导电液体硅橡胶的黏度、体积电阻率基本保持稳定,但机械强度略有下降,硫化速度随着时间的延长逐渐变慢,其机械性能、导电性能基本达到国外同类产品水平。
The addition cure conductive liquid silicone rubber was prepared by taking α,ω-divinyl polydimethylsiloxane as basic material,fumed silica and conductive carbon black as filler,hydrogen silicone oil and Pt catalyst,etc.The influence of conductive carbon black and fumed silica on the properties of conductive liquid silicone rubber was studied.The studies showed that the volume resistivity of silicone rubber decreased with increasing conductive carbon black amounts.A plateau was reached at around 25 phr,when the volume resistivity showed little changes with increase amount of carbon black.At 35 phr conductive carbon black,the volume resistivity of the modified silicone rubber was about 50 Ω · cm.With increase amount of silica,the viscosity of silicone rubber increased rapidly,the film hardness increased,mechanical properties increased,volume resistivity slightly increased,the optimal amount was 25 phr.According to the composition of 25 phr fumed silica and 35 phr conductive carbon black,viscosity and volume resistivity of the conductive liquid silicone rubber remained stable during storage,but the mechanical properties decreased,and the curing properties fell down.The mechanical properties and electrical conductivity properties of optimized formula reached to the level of similar foreign products.
