肝门阻断夹持器齿型对夹持性能的影响

摘要 目的分析肝门阻断夹持器不同齿型结构与齿型参数对夹持肝门阻断带力学性能的影响规律。方法基于有限元分析软件Ansys,对肝门阻断夹持器夹持阻断带的过程进行仿真分析,获取横齿、对称齿和凹凸齿等3种不同齿型,以及0.20 mm、0.30 mm、0.40 mm、0.50 mm等4种不同齿长度条件下,阻断带被夹持后的最大等效应力数据。结果对于横齿齿型,阻断带受到的最大等效应力随下齿长度的增加而增大。当选取下齿长为0.50 mm时,阻断带的最大等效应力值最高为0.69 MPa;对于对称齿,当下齿长为0.30 mm时,阻断带的最大等效应力值最高为0.77 MPa;对于凹凸齿,下齿长为0.50 mm时,阻断带的最大等效应力值最高为1.80 MPa。结论在其他参数相同的条件下,当夹持器齿型为横齿时,阻断带被夹持后的最大等效应力值最低,凹凸齿齿型所夹持的阻断带的最大等效应力值最高,表明阻断带被夹持得更紧,其从夹持器中滑脱的概率最低。因而下齿长为0.50 mm的凹凸齿齿型为最优设计。 Objective To analyze the influence of different tooth types and tooth parameters of hepatic portal occlusion gripper on the mechanical properties of the clamping hepatic portal occlusion band.Methods Based on the finite element analysis software Ansys,the process of clamping the occlusion band by the hepatic portal occlusion gripper was simulated and analyzed,and the maximum equivalent stress data of the occlusion band were obtained when three different tooth types of transverse tooth,symmetrical tooth and concave convex tooth and four different tooth lengths of 0.20 mm,0.30 mm,0.40 mm and 0.50 mm were tested.Results For the transverse tooth,the maximum equivalent stress of occlusion band increases with the increase of the lower tooth length,and the highest value is 0.69 MPa with the lower tooth length of 0.50 mm.For the symmetrical tooth,the maximum equivalent stress of the occlusion band is 0.77 MPa when the lower tooth length is 0.30 mm.For the concave convex tooth,the maximum equivalent stress of the occlusion band is 1.80 MPa when the lower tooth length is 0.50mm.Conclusion Under the same conditions,the maximum equivalent stress value of the clamping hepatic portal occlusion band is the lowest for the transverse tooth,while it is the highest for the concave convex tooth,indicating that the occlusion band is clamped tighter and the probability of slipping from the gripper is the lowest.Thus,the concave convex tooth with the lower tooth length of 0.50 mm is the optimal design.
