摘要
在快速发展并且复杂多变的转型经济背景中,企业的各方面正发生着相应的变化。环境的变化给企业提出了许多新的要求,为了保证企业活动的顺利进行,企业必须在复杂多变的环境中保持员工行为的有效性。本文结合转型经济的时代特征,分析了员工期望以及相对应的管理模式的转变,并通过实证调查,从员工的心理活动过程分析了员工从认知到情感,再到行为的影响过程,从而为企业如何在组织转型过程中保持员工行为有效性提供了一个较为系统的路径模式。
The enterprise is undergoing an organizational transition process in this fast-developing and complicated transition economic background. Environmental change brings many new request to enterprises, and the enterprise must keep the effectiveness of employees' behavior in this complicated and muhivariate environment to assure the smooth process of enterprise's activities. This article analyses employees' expectation and corresponding change of supervisor mode according to the time character of Transition Economy. And analyses through empirical survey the process from cognition to emotion and then behavior from employees' psychological activity, and afford a systematical route mode to the enterprises on how to keep the effectiveness of employees' behavior in transition process.
