摘要
为探讨组织氛围、情绪智力与医护人员工作投入的关系,研究采用组织氛围、情绪智力和工作投入量表对351名医护人员进行了调查,并用偏差校正的非参数百分位Bootstrap方法对情绪智力在组织氛围影响工作投入过程中的中介效应进行检验。结果表明:(1)组织氛围、情绪智力和工作投入都有显著的正相关;(2)情绪智力在组织氛围对医护人员工作投入的影响过程中起到部分中介作用。本研究对于探索医护人员工作投入的机制具有一定的理论意义,并为医护人员这一特殊群体的管理提供理论指导。
The present study aimed to explore the relationship between organizational climate, emotional intelligence and medical staff' work engagement, by using the organizational climate scale, the emotional intelligence scale, and the work engagement scale to test 351 medical staff and using the Bootstrap method to analyze the mediating effect of emotional intelligence. The results showed the following: (1) There were significant correlations among organizational climate, emotional intelligence and medical staff' work engagement; climate and medical (2) The emotional intelligence partly mediated the relationship between organizational staff' work engagement. This mechanism of work engagement in medical staff as study had theoretical well as the guidance significance for the probe into the to their administration.
