向日葵品种资源对菌核病抗性室内鉴定 被引量:10

摘要 利用两种不同的培养基培养核盘菌,用离体叶片接种方法对40个不同向日葵品种进行室内抗性鉴定,结果表明:在Minimal medium培养基上生长的核盘菌和PDA培养基相比,菌丝的生长速度大大降低。菌株经PDA培养基培养接种向日葵叶片后,不同向日葵品种之间抗性水平没有显著差异;而用Minimal medium培养基培养的菌株接种供试的向日葵不同品种叶片后,品种间表现出一定的抗性水平差异。依据接种后不同品种抗性水平的差异将供试向日葵品种划分为三组,即:抗病品种如食葵765、油葵KS7等,共3份;耐病品种如3146、新葵杂5号等,共9份;感病品种如LD1093、新葵杂6号等,共28份。 In order to identifing resistant to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum of sunflower varieties,two different media were used to culture S.sclerotiorum strains,and detached leaves of 40 different sunflower varieties were inoculated with the pathogen.The results showed that the growth rate of S.sclerotiorum mycelium was significantly reduced in the Minimal medium compared to PDA medium.After strain cultured in PDA medium inoculated sunflower leaves,the resistance level of the different sunflower varieties had no significant difference;while strain cultured in Minimal medium inoculated sunflower leaves,the different varieties demonstrated differences in resistance level.Among all tested 40 sunflowe cultivars,3 varieties showed resistance,such as 765,KS7;9 varieties showed tolerance,such as 3146;28 varieties were susceptible varieties,such as LD1093,Xinkuiza NO.6.
