油菜菌核病致病机理的研究——Ⅵ.罹病组织内叶绿素丧失及叶绿体显微结构变化 被引量:6

摘要 本文研究感染菌核病油菜组织的叶绿素含量及叶绿体超微结构变化。结果表明:感病寄主的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总量均有显著降低,叶绿体受到严重破坏。受害的叶绿体发生聚集和液泡化,在膜和基粒上附着大量黑色沉淀物,这是病菌分泌的草酸降低了细胞pH值所引起的蛋白沉淀。 The changes of chlorophyll content and chloroplast ultrastructure occurring in rape infected by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were studied. The result showed that contents of chlorophyll a,b and total were significantly reduced in diseased tissues,and serious destructions of ul-trastructures,including aggregations,vesiculation and many black deposits on plasmolemmas and stromas of chloroplasts were observed in diseased tissues.It is considered that a pH change within the chloroplast,resulting from oxalic acid secreation by the fungus,is responsible for induction of protein deposition.
