摘要
为了筛选出优质的食用型和药用型桔梗,通过对桔梗总糖含量,纤维含量的测定,及有效活性成分桔梗皂苷D的含量的测定,针对药用型和食用型桔梗的不同要求,精心选育出了根型粗大,含糖量高和纤维少的食用型优良四倍体桔梗品系(A-1和C-8)和产量高、药材有效成分含量高的药用型优良四倍体桔梗品系(C-5和12-1)。
Directional breeding of autotetraploid plant of Platycodon grandif-lorum was studied by means of the contents determination of total sugar,crude fiber,and the effective activated Platycodin D.For the different demands between the medicinal varieties and edible varieties,A-1 and C-8have the higher root yields,higher content of total sugar and less fiber,and it is possible for us to breed special edible varieties,and the other two excellent tetraploid lines(C-5,12-1) of Platycodon grandiflorum significantly have the higher root yields and higher content of Platycodin D,which would be able to breed the excellent medicinal varieties.
