玉米转基因育种研究进展

Research Progress of Transgenic Breeding in Maize

摘要 玉米是我国主要的粮食及饲料作物之一,传统的常规育种产生了许多优良品种,现代分子技术的发展又给育种注入了活力,相继出现了农杆菌介导法、基因枪法、花粉管通道技术等多种新型育种方法,实现了定向育种,包括抗病、抗除草剂等,为农业生产带来了巨大的利益。 Maize is one of the main foods and forage crops in China, and its conventional breeding methods have generated many good strains of seeds. The development of modem molecular technologies feeds new power into maize breeding, and many kinds of new breeding methods have successively appeared, such as agrobacterium-mediated technique, gene gun bombardment, pollen tube pathway transgenic technique and so on. Directional seed breeding was also realized, including insect resistance, disease resistance, herbicide, etc. All of those have brought great benefits to agricultural production.
