摘要
为进一步探明海藻糖对生命体的作用,丰富转基因食品的鉴定方法及玉米抗旱性研究提供参考,采用分子生物学方法对玉米植株的转酿酒酵母海藻糖合成酶基因TPS1进行研究。结果表明:建立了鉴定转酿酒酵母海藻糖合成酶基因TPS1玉米植株的特异PCR检测方法;TPS1基因全长1 603bp;参试的10份转基因样品均含有TPS1基因片段,对照样品不含TPS1基因。
TPS1(Trehalose Synthase Gene)of maize plant is studied by the molecular biological method to further study the effect of trehalose on organism,enrich identification methods of genetically modified food and provide a reference for research on drought resistance in maize.Results:The specific PCR detection method to identify TPS1 of maize plant is established.Total length of TPS1 is 1 603 bp.Ten tested transgenic samples all have the segment of TPS1 and the check sample has no segment of TPS1.
