摘要
研究了钽合金热加工过程中氧的行为及其对钽合金工件热加工过程和可加工性的影响。结果表明,在热加工过程中,工件表面大量吸氧,表层粉化严重,次表面层硬化;变形时产生大量的表面裂纹,增加了材料的加工损耗;在表面进行涂层防护可减少表面氧化。
The effects of oxygen on the hot deformation and machinability were studied.It is found that the efflorescence of workpiece surface and hardening of sub-surface occur because of obvious oxygen absorption during hot deformation.A lot of surface cracks appear during the deformation,which make the materal loss increase in the machining.The surface oxidation can be alleviated by surface coating.
