摘要
主要分析钛合金等温锻造时的氧化行为,建立氧化层断裂模式,阐述钛合金高温氧化的影响因素;通过采取相应措施防止氧化,以提高钛合金超塑性变形的性能,确保钛合金等温锻造质量。
The oxidizing behavior of titanium alloy in isothermal forging was analyzed. The oxidative cleavage model was established, the influence factor of high temperature oxidization for titanium alloy was discussed. Thus the efficient measure of preventing from oxidization was introduced to improve the superplastic deformation and quality of isothermal forging for titanium alloy.
