TaW12合金锻造过程氧化行为及其防护措施探讨

摘要 采用光学显微镜和XRD技术对TaW12合金锻造过程中氧化层厚度及氧化产物进行表征分析,探究其宏观氧化行为。结果表明,无保护锻造过程中,合金表面大量吸氧,表层严重粉化,次表面层硬化,氧化深度约为300~400μm,氧化产物为Ta_2O_5。在锻造中采用钢包套或涂层防护可以大大减少氧化,并且涂层效果最佳,可将氧化损失减少到3%以内。 The oxide layer thickness and oxidation products during the forging process of TaW12 alloy were characterized by optical microscopy and XRD technology,and the macro-oxidation behavior were investigated.The results show that during unprotected forging,the surface of the alloy absorbs a lot of oxygen,resulting in seriously powdered surface and harden sub-surface,with the oxidation depth of about 300~400μm,and the oxidation product is Ta2O5.The oxidation of the alloy could be greatly reduced by the ladle sheath or coating protection in the forging process,which has the best coating effect and the oxidation loss is reduced within 3%.
