术中放疗在乳腺癌保乳治疗中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,全世界每年约有120万妇女发病,有50万妇女死于乳腺癌.其发病率呈现逐年增高趋势,在我国女性中其发病率仅次于宫颈癌.越来越多的乳腺癌被早期发现.术后放疗在保乳治疗中具有重要意义,而早期乳腺癌保乳术加术后放疗与根治性手术疗效相似.
