摘要
目的探讨早期乳腺癌临床特点，研究乳癌保乳手术中采用术中放疗对疾病治疗的远期疗效。方法回顾性分析20例早期乳腺癌的临床资料。结果经5年随访观察，20例患者仅1例局部复发，其余患者均健在，无远处转移，无明显放疗反应，双乳对称，外形关观。结论乳腺癌保乳治疗＋术中放疗对于早期乳腺癌患者的局部复发率及远期生存率均有较明显的影响，降低了局部复发率。
Objective To study the characteristics of early stage breast cancer,and to evaluate the longterm outcome of the breast cancer treated with breast - conserving surgery plus intraoperative radiotherapy. Methods The data of 20 early stage breast cancer patients hospitalized from January 2004 to January 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results With five - year follow - up, ＇all the patients were alive with out metastasis, only one emerged local recurrence. There was no late side effect in the breast orlung. Conclusion BCS ＋ IORT have a great influence to the rate of local recurrence and alive. The rate of local recurrence is reduced greatly.
