摘要
目的探讨术中放射治疗技术(intraoperative radiation therapy,IORT)在手术室的应用与管理方法。方法回顾性分析2008年9月至2010年9月在解放军总医院手术室内行术中放疗手术的129例患者的护理资料,并对IORT的应用及管理经验进行总结。结果术后随访,99.2%的患者手术切口无感染,一期愈合;术中放射治疗时间为15～30min,无一例患者出现麻醉意外、安全意外等,1例患者术后出现切口感染。结论 IORT将放射治疗与肿瘤的手术治疗相结合,提高了肿瘤的综合治疗水平;完善的管理制度及安全防护措施,是手术成功的重要保障。
Objective To explore the application and management of intraoperative radiation therapy（IORT） in the operation room.Methods The clinical data of 129 patients underwent IORT in the operation room were analyzed retrospectively from September 2008 to September 2010.The application and management of IORT were also summarized.Results The postoperative follow-up indicated that surgical incisions were not infected and were primary healed in 99.2% patients with 15-30 minutes of intraoperatie radiotherapy time.There were no anesthesia accident and safety accident during intraoperatie period.Only one patient was observed with the infection of surgical incision.Conclusion IORT combines radiotherapy and tumor surgery to improve the level of comprehensive treatment of tumor.The perfect management system and safety precautions are the important guarantee of successful operation.
