摘要
利用121MB型氨基酸分析仪对陕西主要栽培的10个银杏叶品种的水提物进行了氨基酸的测定和分析,并利用DPS对10个品种的氨基酸含量进行了聚类分析。结果表明,银杏叶片水提物中含有17种氨基酸,其中主要包括7种人体必需氨基酸(苏氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和赖氨酸)以及天冬氨酸、谷氨酸和精氨酸3种药用氨基酸。10个品种中以C94-53、陕引30号和陕引32号为最优品种。
The contents of amino acid in the leaves of 10 major varieties of Ginkgo in Shaanxi were texted and analyzed by 121MB amino acid analyzer,and the contents were clustered and analyzed by DPS. Seventeen amino acids were found in leaves, including 7 essential ones( Thr, Val, Met, Ileu, Leu, Phe and His), and three medical use ones(Asp,Glu and Arg). Among the ten varieties, variety C94-53,SL30 and SL32 were the fine varieties.
