摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市规模扩张逐渐加剧,而我国可开发土地资源极其有限,如何解决城市土地集约利用成为急需破解的重要课题。新加坡作为高密度发展的城市国家,以其宏观的土地集约利用政策和成功实践实现了土地资源的高效集约利用,并保证了高品质的城市建设和可持续发展。本文主要介绍新加坡城市用地中住宅用地、商业用地、工业用地和交通用地等方面集约节约利用的政策和措施,并以大巴窑新镇为例进行详细分析,最后探讨新加坡城市土地集约利用对我国的启示,以期对我国城市发展提供借鉴和参考。
With the process of urbanization speeding up in china,intensive urban land use has become a significant subject need to be solved.As a typical rapid develop city with more people and less land,Singapore achieved effective and intensive land use and sustainable development with the fundamental of intensive urban land use and successful practice.This paper mainly introduce the basic policies and measures for intensive urban land use including residential land,commercial land,industrial land and traffic land in Singapore,then analysis the practical experience of Toa Payoh new town combined with the fundamental.Finally,it discusses the revelation for our country of the intensive land use in Singapore.The main purpose of this paper is to provide foundation and reference value for the intensive urban land use of our country.
