摘要
本文针对我国当前存在的工业用地供需矛盾、土地粗放利用及投机等问题,借鉴新加坡工业用地政策及供应模式的成功经验,提出我国工业用地推行年租制供应模式的合理性,并初步探讨了工业用地年租制可行的实现模式。
Due to the problems existing in the supply and demand of China's industrial land, irrational utilization of land and land speculation are prominent. Based on this understanding, this paper uses the successful experience of Singapore policy on industrial land use to explain the rationality of annual rent system for China's industrial land appropriation, and further proposes the framework for realizing the rent system.
