摘要
为解决目前颜色测量仪器测速慢、体积大的问题,采用先进的颜色测量方法——光电摄谱法,设计了一种微型测色分光光谱仪。仪器由光学系统、信号采集与处理电路、测色软件三部分组成。阐述了系统的总体设计。采用线阵CCD(TCD1304AP)作为光电探测器,采用ARM嵌入式处理器作为中心处理器件,仅在一片LPC2214上完成了CCD的驱动及信号采集存储系统设计,并选择USB作为数据传输设备,从而有效地减小了仪器的体积。结果表明,此仪器测量精度高,测量速度快,方便携带。
In order to solve the color measurement instruments problem of slow speed and large volume,using of advanced methods of color measurement——optical spectrograph method,a miniature color measuring spectrometer is designed. This instrument consists of optical system,signal acquisition,processing circuit and color measurement software. The overall design of the system is introduced. This spectrometer uses CCD as spectral detector,uses ARM embedded processor as central processing component the driving time and design of acquisition system of micro-spectrometer are completed on one chip LPC2214,USB is used as a data transmission equipment,the instrument's volume is reduced effectively. The result indicates that this apparatus have high precision,responsing speed quickly and carrying and operating conveniently.
