摘要
本文在比较两类基本测色方法的基础上,引出了快速多通道测色系统。介绍了SPD在快速自动测色应用中的工作原理和设计方案,并提出了SPD实现的多通道测色仪器的光谱定标和光度定标方法,由此进行测色实验。最后,针对实验结果,对系统存在的测量误差进行了分析和校正,获得了满意的效果,充分说明了SPD在快速自动测色系统中的应用完全达到了工业中颜色测控的技术指标。
In this paper, based on comparing two general color-measuring methods, the fast multichannel color measurement system is introduced. The operating principle and design of applying SPD to fast color measurement are described. In addition, the methods of the spectrometry and photometry calibration are presented, and also are the color measurement experiments. Finally, the measurement differences existed in the system are analyzed and then corrected to get satisfactory effects, which shows that the application of SPD to the fast automatic color measurement system meets completely the technical demands of industrial color measurements and controls.
